From challenge to solution
Project Goal
Generate more owner inquiries from the region. The old website had no clear service presentation and no tracking. Büscher didn't know if the website was generating inquiries at all.
Our Solution
Rebuilt in Webflow with clear service overview per management type, contact form with tracking and local SEO optimization. Google profile and website aligned.
Büscher Hausverwaltung manages properties in Gronau, Germany. People looking for a property manager rarely compare prices; they check whether someone will take on the work they no longer want to do themselves. That is what the site had to show.
We built it in Webflow so that it names the scope of work instead of paraphrasing it: checking facilities, monitoring the condition of the building, maintenance work, service-charge and utility statements, and rent administration. An owner sees at a glance what they are handing over.
A separate page covers the estate-agency side, and a contact route is reachable from anywhere on the page. Local visibility was aligned with the Google Business Profile so that the website and the map entry say the same thing.
