Project Goal

A web presence serving two audiences with opposing questions at the same time: pilots looking for a job and airlines looking for crew.

Our Solution

Webflow site with a separate Pilots Hub and Airlines Hub, a dedicated jobs page, and the questions on salary, tax and leave answered on the front page.

Bluebird advises airline pilots looking for a position with a carrier abroad. The website had to serve two groups at once, and they arrive with very different questions: pilots looking for a job, and airlines looking for crew.

We built it in Webflow with a separate entry point for each side. Pilots land in the Pilots Hub, airlines in the Airlines Hub, and the open positions sit on a page of their own.

The questions that actually come up before an application are answered on the front page rather than buried in a help section: who pays the salary and where, how it is taxed, how reliable leave planning is, whether there is loss-of-licence cover. That takes half the follow-up questions out of the first contact.
