Webflow pricing 2026: plans and project costs

Separate Webflow plan fees from design, content, migration and ongoing work. A practical checklist for comparing the total website scope.

By Konrad

Webflow pricing covers platform plans; it does not cover every task needed to launch and maintain your website. Separate subscription fees from strategy, design, content and migration when comparing proposals.

Current Webflow plan prices

On 5 October 2026, the official Webflow pricing page lists Basic at USD 15 per month and Premium at USD 25 per month with yearly billing. Basic is for sites without a CMS; Premium adds CMS features. The provider states that applicable taxes are added. Check current pricing and required add-ons before ordering.

Review the Site plan, Workspace, languages and external services separately. List your requirements first: domain, editable content, languages, forms, team access and integrations. The lowest headline price is not a complete specification.

Questions before deciding

No. The plan provides platform functions. Design, content, migration and ongoing work have separate scopes.

Review a CMS-capable plan, content requirements, languages and team access on the current Webflow pricing page before agreeing the project.

No. Compare development, hosting, maintenance and editing over the same period. A migration is a decision based on requirements, rather than a guaranteed saving.

Website delivery has a separate scope

At Con Radius Design, a new website or relaunch starts at €3,000 one-off; additional pages cost €200 each. Ongoing SEO/GEO support starts at €350 per month. Prices are in EUR. Platform fees, hosting and external services are agreed separately.

A 1:1 Webflow to Payload CMS migration starts at €2,000 one-off. It is a migration offer, rather than a complete redesign at that price. Pages, content, media, functionality and existing URLs are reviewed before the scope is confirmed.

Compare proposals on the same basis

  • Are pages, languages, content and functionality specified?
  • Who pays for the platform, domain, hosting and external services?
  • Who supplies copy, selects images and approves professional content?
  • Are inquiry paths and important redirects included in acceptance?
  • Who maintains the site after launch, and what does that agreement cover?

Webflow support may fit an existing site with suitable foundations. A redesign or system change needs a reason grounded in your actual editing and business workflow. Compare the wider scope in our website cost guide.
