Project Goal
Quickly show guests the upcoming events and help them plan a visit.
Our Solution
A concise website focused on events, built on Next.js and Payload CMS. Dates are editable and information is available in German and English. The website previously ran on Webflow and was migrated to Payload CMS.
Make upcoming events the first entry point
For MinDiBu, we built a concise website for the beer gardens. Events are the first content visitors see, helping guests find out what is coming up. The website provides information in German and English.
The structure serves people planning a visit who mainly need current information. A concise presentation keeps the route to events straightforward.
The project
Present current dates in two languages
The website is built with Next.js and Payload CMS. Events provide the main entry point; the surrounding content supports planning a visit.
Dates can be maintained through the CMS. Updating them is therefore part of running the website, rather than requiring a front-end change for each new entry.
German and English give guests different language entry points. The scope follows this website's information needs; a concise website is not automatically the right solution for every business.
Questions about the MinDiBu website
Guests should be able to see what is coming up when they plan a visit. Events are therefore the first entry point on this website. The structure follows a specific information need rather than the largest possible number of pages.
The website uses Payload CMS for content editing. Dates can be maintained through it. For a similar project, we agree which information an event entry requires and who should update it as part of ongoing website operation.
That depends on your offer and visitor questions. For MinDiBu, events and planning a visit are central. If your offer needs several service pages or detailed explanations, we plan a different scope to match.
