Project Goal
Stabilize the existing website, improve performance and establish a reliable maintenance workflow without disrupting ongoing operations.

Systematic takeover with performance audit, load time optimization and monthly maintenance retainer. Regular updates, backup strategy and proactive monitoring.
The Facereading Academy runs training courses. We took over the existing Webflow site and have looked after it ever since.
With a handover, the first job is not design but reliability: knowing what is there, keeping it stable, and making changes possible without breaking something else. That is what the ongoing care is built around.
In terms of content, the site carries the three things a prospective student is looking for: the training courses, the dates, and the team behind them. Because courses and events change, they sit on pages of their own and can be maintained without touching the rest.
