Why Your Trade Website Isn't Generating Leads

Many trade websites look "finished" but generate no measurable inquiries. This is almost never about design, but about three specific problems.
Problem 1: Unclear offer. The homepage explains everything and nothing. After 5 seconds, the visitor doesn't know what exactly you do, for whom, and in which area. Solution: A clear service page per main offering.
Problem 2: No visible next step. The CTA ("Request now", "Call") is either missing, too far down, or hidden in the navigation. Solution: CTAs above the fold, phone number in the header, form without scrolling.
Problem 3: No measurement. You don't know if anyone clicks "Call" or submits the form. Without tracking, you can't optimize. Solution: Event tracking for calls, forms, and CTA clicks from day 1.
